THE TECHNIQUE: Colour is concentrated in the full crease and center of lash lines to create a rounded shape.
THE EFFECT: Bigger, rounder, wide-open eyes that pop.
THE APPLICATION: Apply eyeshadow evenly over eyelids and along the full crease line. Intensify colour with a fuller application at the center of upper and lower lash lines. Brush mascara through lashes, adding extra layers to the center of upper and lower lashes.

- STEP 2: Sweep PASSION EYESHADOW into the full crease line with the pointed end of the DOUBLE-ENDED PRECISION EYE BRUSH.
- STEP 3: Line upper and lower lash lines with PASSION EYESHADOW using the pointed end of the DOUBLE-ENDED PRECISION EYE BRUSH. Concentrate colour more intensely at the center of upper and lower lash lines to make eyes appear rounder.

EXTENDED CREASE
THE TECHNIQUE: Colour is blended out past the original crease line towards the hairline to create an elongated shape.
THE EFFECT: Contoured, elongated, almond-shaped eyes with drama.
THE APPLICATION: Apply eyeshadow along crease and pull colour past the original crease line. Blend colour up and back at an angle towards the hairline.
THE BUZZ: Fashion-forward, dramatic, modern '70s glam
THE INSIDE SCOOP: Extended Crease looks stunning with neutrals or with bright colours. Soften the look by blending colour only slightly past the crease line; dial up the intensity by pulling colour farther out towards the temples.

- STEP 1: Blend STANDING O EYESHADOW over eyelids up to the brow bone with a SOFT TAPERED EYESHADOW BRUSH.
- STEP 2: Apply CLIMAX EYESHADOW into outer crease line with the tip of a SOFT TAPERED EYESHADOW BRUSH, extending colour outwards towards the hairline. Blend well. Layer for added intensity.
- STEP 3: Line upper lash line and outer lower lash line with CLIMAX EYESHADOW using a firmANGLED EYELINER BRUSH. Blend outwards to diffuse colour.

COLOUR BLOCKING
THE TECHNIQUE: Colour is placed adjacent to a contrasting colour and is not blended; this creates isolated blocks of colour that make an impact.
THE EFFECT: Attention-getting pops of colour.
THE APPLICATION: Colour Blocking can be achieved in several ways. Press eyeshadow onto inner half of upper lid, then press contrasting shade onto outer half of upper lid. Do not blend; allow each shade to stand on its own. For a different look, press eyeshadow over entire eyelid, then apply a contrasting shade along lower lash line.

bareMinerals READY Eyeshadow 2.0 - null 4.2 5 17 17

Disappointed I have used the loose eyeshadow and like it both for it's color and it's staying ability (it can be a bit messy when spilled). Recently, I purchased the Ready Eyeshadow duo in The Showstopper. Not only do I have to use what seems to be more than normal to have the color show up, but, by end of day I look somewhat faded. I do use primer underneath and have never had this problem before so I can only conclude it is the shadow. Very disappointed that I have spent this money and now have to go in search of another shadow to purchase. 30/04/2013

Perfect Stay All Day colour brilliant eyeshadow that stays put all day, doesnt crease and blends perfectly. for me, these shadows provide just the right amounr of colour, not too sheer and not too full. perfect for work or dampened down for an evening look. with the eyeliner brush ts easy to turn these into a liner too! 13/04/2013

I love the READY eyeshadow line!! I love thes eyeshadows. They are easy to apply (less messy than the loose powders) and they last all day and stay smooth! They don't crease or slide. The big plus though, I was amazed. My daughter is a synchronized swimmer. At a recent meet, we forgot to pack her make-up bag (she is 11 so I don't invest in great make-up for her yet#, so I used my own eyeshadow. I applied a very small bit of primer to help hold the shadow and then heavily applied the blue shadow early that morning. After four routines wearing goggles and then two routines without #therefore there was a lot of eye rubbing), the eyeshadow was just as fresh and vibrant as when I applied it that morning! It didn't even smudge or wear off at all! I was amazed! 03/04/2013

Mess free and last forever I can't rave enough about the ready shadows. They last for ages, in fact I sometimes feel bad about buying more because the old ones never seem to run out! One of my favourites is "The Winner Is" - the green is very pretty. 16/03/2013

Why Mess With A Good Thing? After all the hype and then seeing such pretty colors, I had to purchase and try out the Ready eye shadows. The color palette I went with was the 15 Minute, which was actually quite pretty, but I had a terrible reaction where my eyelids turned red, burned, and swelled up. This reaction started happening about half-way through the day...at work! Needless to say, it wasn't fun. After returning it to the BE store, I exchanged it for the original powder eye shadow formula. No problems! My only wish on THAT front would be that they come up with a different container so it doesn't spill all over when traveling. 06/03/2013

My new favourite I was first bought a Ready eye shadow palette as a present by a friend and ever since that moment i have been a complete convert. The colours come out exactly as they look in the palette and last all day, still looking as good as the moment you put them on. I highly recommend these to anyone. 03/03/2013

Scenic Route Makes My Eyes Very Scenic I bought this at my local stockist. I rarely wear greens but found this was more of a neutral bronze on the skin. What really pleased me was the sheen of this product on my older skin. Very difficult to do any sheen on crepey ageing eyes but this looks wonderfully subtle and enhancing 23/02/2013

easy! So easy to apply, feels lovely on and is much easier to slip in your bag for touch ups or to take you from day to night looks. It did take a little getting used to as I have used the loose colours for so long. 15/02/2013

Nice colors but doesn't last long I tried the Inspiration shade along with one of the shadow primers. The shadow colors look amazing when I first apply it, but unfortunately the color doesn't last long. Even when I use a primer, the color smudges and fades and I find myself having to touch up throughout the day. I've only been using Bare Minerals for a few months and I love their foundations, however I don't know if I'll use this shadow again. 01/02/2013

LOVE this easy to use palette! Use an all over eyelid primer first, and then when you use these eyeshadow palettes the shadow will stay on all day and look wonderful from morning to night, without any touch ups! I LOVE these pressed eyeshadows so much, they are quick and easy and no fallout all over my face like I get with the loose eyeshadows. And feel so silky and smooth on my eyes! I have "The Epiphany" and I am getting "The Vision" I am excited :) 25/01/2013

The only bareMinerals READY Eye Palette that is all matte is The Perfect Storm 2.0. Other palettes have a matte eyeshadow in them such as The Honeymoon Phase (Giddy is matte), The Flashback (Amnesia is matte) and The Epiphany (Foreshadow is matte). To get a better idea you may want to pop into your local bareMinerals counter and speak to one of our Beauty Ambassadors.
