Awful awful, awful. Stay away if you wear contacts
Words cannot describe how bad this eyeliner is. If you want a line, no smudge effect, no blend then you might just about be able to work with it but anything else is a waste of time. I say this even after two tutorials in store.
Putting it on your lower lid is a no no for contact lense wearers. Actually it's a no no if you wear contacts full stop, If a tiny bit goes in your eye, and it always will, it sticks, glue like to your lense and you're left with a blur. Waterproof and long stay it definitely is but that's not all good!
You also have to sharpen every use which means even if you do manage to make it work it won't last long.
I love BM, all my make up is BM but I just can't understand why they ditched Big and Bright for Round the Clock. Bring back Big and Bright, making sure indigo is on sale in the UK, and let customers have a choice.

Awesome!
I have very dry eyes and am constantly using eyedrops, which is a huge issue with eyeliner. I hadn't ever found one that I felt was worth the money and had staying power, BE has done it. I agree with many that it is quite soft, but if you go lighter on the hand application, use their sharpener (which is only a few dollars!), or use a liner brush (it really works even if this is a stick pencil), it's amazing!!! I would really like to see a color that is more bronzy/gold/brown, but am quite happy with 7PM.

I Love This Liner
I have most of the colors of this liner, and I love them all. My eyes tear all day due to alergies. This liner stays on. I have to keep touching up my eyeshadow but not the liner. I think they are wonderful and I love the colors. They are also easy to travel with.

Brilliant
i love this, but agree that it does require a different technique and a lighter hand than the old eyeliner. the BE sharpener is essential as none of the other sharpeners i have tried work properly. the eyeliner does not budge, but if you are quick, you can smudge it after application for a softer, smoky look. i love the creamy consistency as it does not drag on application.

does last if you get it on properly
I have all the colors of these liners. I like the colors except the plum color- it needs a little more purple in the color. These are more eggplant in color. These pencils, once they are on, stay on all day. The big problem is the softness of the product. It IS difficult to sharpen. You need a good sharpener and I actually freeze them and then sharpen them. This helps. But, if you are looking for a fine point for lining- these will not work. You cannot sharpen it to a point without wasting lots of product . Its just too soft and too big. I think they need to be in a pot for using a liner brush. I think it would work great that way with out wasting the liner product in sharpening.

Fantastic, looks great 12 hours later
I bought this eyeliner in plum (5pm) and absolutely love it, unlike their other eyeliner this one looks like it was recently applied 12 hours after I put it on. Yes it is a soft consistency but I have never needed to put it in the fridge, you just need a good sharpener.

Wanted to Love it
I really did want to love this eyeliner. The first two uses, it was fantastic! It went on easily, came off when I wanted, and was just the right shade. My problem is that the sharpening is so difficult. I've read that the BE sharpener is the only one that works with it and that's silly. I don't want to have to buy a new sharpener just to use an eyeliner. It didn't even sharpen well after freezing, because the product itself doesn't freeze. I just really wish it was twist-up, as the product is great. I just wish I could get more than two uses out of it.

Be patient it's worth it
I too like most reviews here had difficulty using this liner due to how soft it is but once I got used to it I absolutely love it! A little about me.....I'm considered one of those "hard" blinkers almost looking like I wink at people and only one stood up to the challenge, unfortunately the company has discontinued it so I was once again on the hunt for an eyeliner that would last. Thanks to BE round the clock I found it. Yes, it does require constant sharpening for those fine lines but once you get that area done the rest is cake. When applying I use a firm angled liner brush to get clean lines between applications. Once I get to the outer edge where a thicker line can be used I take the rounded tip of the liner pencil and dot then blend with my brush to complete the look. Hopefully this helps some with this product....I just went back today to BE to get 2 more colors.

A must-have
I love this product. Especially in the navy; it makes my eyes look brighter and whiter. It does not crumble, goes on smoothly and does not irritate my eyes. I wear contacts and haven't had any irritation when using. I use this product on my inner lid and it stays and does not run or smudge.

Where did it go? Can't find it on line or at Ulta. Great color. Please bring it back. And with regard to those having trouble with the eyeliner. Try not pressing so hard. I was having issues too, but then I went a little lighter with the hand action and it's better. :)
