Incredibly soft to the touch, this unique-looking makeup brush is made with luxurious synthetic fibers that stay intact with its included clear plastic sleeve. To apply with ORIGINAL or MATTE Loose Mineral Foundation: 

  1. SWIRL a small amount of foundation in the cap until it disappears into the brush. 
  2. TAP away any excess. 
  3. BUFF onto your skin in circular motions. This activates the minerals and transforms them from a powder to a silky cream. Repeat until you’ve achieved the coverage you want, from sheer to full.

    The jury is still out ….

    I have a Bare Minerals kabuki brush that I’ve used for almost 2 decades to apply Original Loose Powder Foundation SPF 15. The kabuki is a bit scratchy so I decided to try this one after reading reviews about how soft the bristles are. I found that to be true, but my foundation powder goes everywhere during application. My shoulders get covered, every time. I’m not sure if I will continue to use this brush. This brush does, indeed, hold more powder and covers better than the kabuki so I’m in a dilemma as to which brush I will end up using.

    We understand your dilemma about the powder dispersal during application. While the Beautiful Finish Foundation Brush is designed to pick up and distribute more product for enhanced coverage, we know this can take some getting used to, especially when transitioning from a brush you've been using for nearly two decades!

    If the product is getting all over your shoulders and clothing, it is a sign that you are loading the brush with too much product. A very light dusting of product should be dispensed on the cap. While it is tempting to load the brush with more product to achieve a fuller application faster, it will result in an overspray of product. Using a lighter touch when swirling the brush in the cap, along with tapping away a bit more excess before buffing, could help minimize the powder dispersal while still giving you that improved coverage you're enjoying.

    Loveeeeeee

    Omg! This brush is sooo soft! Love love loveeeee it! Not sure if it's the same as my my 'old' brush ... this one feels softer! Worth every $$$$

    Love the feel!

    I had been using the same brush that I got with my BM starter pack (from an infomercial) in 2008. Wow, right? Didn’t need a new one for a long time because it held up so well all those years, but it finally gave up the ghost. This was the only brush I could find for applying my foundation. I was really nervous about trying a new one, wondering if it was as well made as the last. It feels absolutely amazing! (Makes the old one feel like a cactus.) So soft and appears to be well made. There were some bristles that weren’t loose but somehow longer than the rest, but it isn’t a problem. My only complaint is how long it takes to dry after washing. It is packed so tightly that it takes probably 24 hours to fully dry, so I end up skipping the foundation for a day after washing. I hope this doesn’t cause issues down the road—like get moldy or mildew.

    I have used Bare Minerals for many years , this is the only makeup I use. Keeps my skin glowing and natural looking I am over 60

    Meh

    Brush doesn’t fit well into the packaging. The powder package is terrible. Lots of fallout from the brush falls into clothing.
