SKINLONGEVITY® Cushion Cloud Foaming Cleanser

I've been using Plush for as long as it was available. Just a tiny bit was needed and it created the nicest, FOAMY cleanser that made my skin feel clean and nourished. It was great for travel because I could squeeze a tiny amount in one of my recycled eye shadow containers to last a whole week. I didn't mind the price because it was the BEST! Let me be completely honest, this new cleanser is absolute garbage. It does NOT foam at all, it's a smaller amount in the tube and it makes my skin feel like it's stripped and dry. I am so mad at BM for pulling a switch on us, it's not a good value and I will never buy it again...but at least I tried it. Now, I have to find another cleanser, again. Please quit discontinuing your BEST products. I will squeeze every last bit out of my last tube of Pure Plush. I'm done.

I used ”Pure Plush” for a couple of decades and loved it. Unfortunately, the replacement product, “Skin Longevity” is terrible. It is very liquidy, and quite a bit spills out of the tube when you open it. It does not “foam” or “lather” at all (the picture on your website is deceiving).

You need to use more product than with the original, which means the tube will be used up faster. By the way, the tube size has decreased from 4.2 ounces to 4 ounces. The only positive thing I can say is that it doesn’t dry my skin (neither did the original). I see in the reviews that when a customer isn’t satisfied with this product, you apologize and say that you “know it can be disappointing when expectations aren’t met.” Unfortunately,, that doesn’t resolve the situation. You took an excellent product off the market and replaced it with an inferior product. I’m going to start looking at other companies’ face washes to see if I can find a better product. What a shame.
