    Prime Time Daily Protecting Primer Mineral SPF30

    This is the best primer I have ever used. I have been using it for over 18month now and through the hot summer this year (2026) it is all I have worn on my face everyday. I recently needed more and went to boots to buy it only to be told it had been discontinued and there was nothing else the same out there! Luckily when I got home I looked online and bought some direct from Bare Minerals, I really really hope this primer does not get discontinued. I have very oily skin and I am prone to adult acne and even more so if I put separate sun cream. This primer stops my spots, helps control my oily skin and protects against the sun, it is awesome and I pray it continues

    Extremely Disappointed ‼️

    This product is nothing like the now discontinued BareMinerals Prime Time BB Primer cream broad spectrum SPF 30, which went on flawless, you didn’t even need other makeup or foundation. I tried their replacement. I would give it no stars if I could. It’s thick, pasty and makes my skin look old and tired and dehydrated. Don’t waste your money 💰 ‼️

    The Best Primer!!

    I love Bare Minerals. I think this primer works well with my combination skin. There is a difference with how my makeup looks when I use a primer. I have been using Bare Minerals for a very long time and have never been disappointed.

    Not my favorite primer

    I chose this primer since it has SPF in it. However, the product is thick and does not spread nicely and it doesn't come out of the tube easily. When it does come out of the tube, I am getting a water substance and the thick primer. I've tried squeezing the tube to mix it up, but that does not work.

    Really disappointing

    The product is too thick and doesn’t spread nicely or evenly. Then, when concealer and foundation is applied, it leaves a caked on effect. Much prefer the previous Prime Time product.

    Terrible - bring back the BB cream

    I used the find your new favorite tool because BM discontinued the BB Cream primer. This product is subpar in every way. Just terrible. Too thick, and barely comes out of the tube. Does not glide well at all. Feels like paste on your face. And the tone is all off. The old BB primer cream created a smooth canvas and the mineral makeup looked great on top of it. This is garbage. Do not recommend. BM doesn't have a decent primer at all - i have tried all of them. Desperately wish they'd bring back the BB primer cream, or at least do a limited run so those of us who know it was the best one can buy 25 bottles each. The Tarte BB blur tinted moisturizer is close but it doesn't have the same primer effect. I am not sure why BM would suggest this as a substitute for the BB cream but it is awful. Avoid at all costs and save your money.
