    Something is different

    I have been using this product for a long time. My last 2 tubes have been the consistency of milk. Thinking the first was a fluke, i continued using it and found the next tube the same. I have now gone through them twice as fast as normal. Probably won't order again.

    What happened to the original?

    Why change something that has been amazing for years? I have been on the verge of buying this but seeing the reviews I have no interest in purchasing something watered down and not as good as the original bare minerals I am used to. So sad yall changed something that was so good.

    Cleanser

    I was very disappointed when Pure plush was no longer available. Tried a few other brands but came back to Bare Minerals because they don't make my eyes and skin irritated. I am noticing that my skin is looking healthy and my neck shows less age.

    Not as good as it used to be

    My last couple of tubes of the Foaming Cleanser doesn't seem to be as effective getting all make-up removed. In addition, it appears to be more runny rather than pasty which causes waste when accessing the product. I would like to see this formula be in a pump rather than a tube in order to efficiently use the product.

    Not nearly as good as Pure Plush

    I was a faithful user of Pure Plush face cleanser for years. It worked great and didn't irritate my sensitive skin, even though it had a light pleasant "clean" scent. This new cleanser doesn't lather, and it gives my face a weird hot feeling when I use it. Plus it doesn't smell good. I would not recommend this product.

    Disappointing and a poor replacement for Pure Plush

    I have used Pure Plush for years and it was a great product. Went to re-order and went for Skin Longevity as Pure Plush was discontinued. So disappointed. Despite saying it goes into a rich foam, I can’t get more than a thin scum from it when I try to lather, regardless of how much product I use or what has been on my skin before. I live in a soft water area, so it’s not that.

    What an awful product this is. Why change what worked well for something so inferior? Customers like consistent products they can reliably use year after year. Sadly I wont now be a bare minerals customer and I’ve wasted £26.

    I miss the Bare Escentuals Pure Plush Deep Cleansing Foam

    this is not at all the same or like product. Bring back the original as it wasn't broken so why fix it. This one does NOT cling to the cleansing brush but runs off of it, unlike the original product where a pea size amount on the brush head was more than enough. This will run out in record time and not last as long. Maybe that's why they changed it.

    I miss the old Formula

    If it’s isn’t broken why change it? The original formula cleanse my family skin better and my helped my son who has acne. This formula does not last as long, less impact on acne and does to clean off makeup as well as the old formula. This formula is too watered down.

    Consistency very runny

    I like the cleanser it is soft and gentle. However, the last two orders I received had a runny consistency which oozes out every-time I open it. I'm looking for a different face cleanser so that I won't waste so much product.
