Baume-gloss à lèvres Dewy

Looking at the banded arm, showing what the color will look like on fair skin....turns out it's not a berry color but more of a plum. Much more brown than pink/red. Very disappointed in the color. The shine is good, as is the hydration. I like this brand, so I'm sorry for the 2 star rating. Won't be able to wear this color though.

I like the texture of this balm, however the color is far different than the description or pictures. I bought Devotion, described as a rose berry color and that’s what the pictures look like. In reality it’s a very dark brown, almost black. I can wear it on top of a very light colored lipstick to make it work because I like the feel of it, but the color is truly way off.

First, there's a sickening fragrance, which in of itself would have me return this.

Second, the color was much colder and less pink than what was depicted in the photos. Online it looked like this would be a good replacement for my favorite discontinued pout gen nude gloss. Boy was I wrong. The color also settled in the creases of my lips which wasn't flattering. I took a picture of my lips with half pout and half devotion so you could get an idea.
